Anachronisms

I chose Shira's neighborhood for many reasons. Working on previous projects where she lives, I noticed that many houses had an old retro style and the neighborhood didn't look like the typical Floridian neighborhood. Since my film opening takes place in San Diego 1978 I wanted to avoid getting modern cars in any of my shots. Her neighboorhood is perfect because you can't see any cars on driveways from the streets :

Both houses looked more southern and country than any other houses.
